Barkwells’ original light and airy 2 king bedroom cottage welcomes you into an open living/ dining room with a cathedral ceiling and a wall of windows overlooking the deep porch, meadow, pond, and mountains. The comfy furniture and rustic wood accent pieces make you feel right at home in the mountains.
2 -SNICKERS' CABIN
1 BEDROOM PLUS LOFT, 1 AND 1/2 BATHS – SLEEPS FOUR
This cozy cabin with its cathedral ceiling provides a living room, porch, and king master bedroom view over the meadow and pond. The window seat in the loft is the perfect place to curl up and read or gaze out at the mountain view beyond. A king bed and half bath in the loft complete this special space. Your dogs will love the runnable fenced yard and extra large dog door, and a ramp to the parking area makes unloading easy.
3 - PEPPERMINT PATTY CABIN

Located at the end of Barkwells Lane, this 2 bedroom, 2 full bath log cabin feels private, spacious, and homey. The pine floors and walls reaching up to the cathedral ceiling in the living room take you away from the everyday. Rock, swing, or play games no matter what the weather is on the 40’ covered porch. The fenced backyard runs the length of the cabin, so your four-legged friends will have plenty of room to stretch their legs. The spacious master has a wheelchair accessible en suite bath with a roll-in shower, grab bars, and a roll-under sink to make life easy for the mobility challenged. From the parking at your door, it’s straight into the cabin with no steps for ease in and out.

This 2 bedroom, 2 full bath log cabin is just the right size for two or four. Lots of breathing space under the cathedral ceiling, but cozy enough to curl up in front of the fire or rock on the porch and contemplate life in the mountains. The roomy master bedroom has an en suite bath with a Jacuzzi tub, so you can enjoy a relaxing whirlpool whatever the weather. With a full, close view of the pond, you can watch the birds swoop, fish jump or dogs swim. The ramp down to the yard and parking at your door make life so easy.
5 - LIBBY CABIN

This spacious and elegant log cabin with a cathedral ceiling has 2 king bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a loft accessible by a staircase with a king bed or twins and half bath upstairs. The spacious master suite has a wheelchair accessible en suite bath, with a roll-in shower, comfort height toilet, and roll-under sink to provide ease and comfort for the mobility-challenged. Convenient to the entrance of Barkwells with parking at your door, once you walk up the short ramp and step inside you are apart from the other cabins and you’ll see only earth, water, sky, and bliss all around. Inside this 2 bedroom, 2 bath log cabin you’ll find views of the adjacent pasture, pond, and mountains through the full wall glass doors, and it's paradise in any direction.
7 - BO'S HIDEAWAY

This bright 2 BR/2 bath cabin fills the cathedral ceiling with the morning sun or a rising moon over the mountains beyond the pond. An open great room with windows aplenty, a stone fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen with an island makes the inside feel as big as the outside! Located on Barkwells Lane with its own gate into the parking area of the cabin, the fenced area and yard are nearly half an acre! Two king bedrooms each with its own full bath give you lots of privacy – the master bath has a roll-in shower and high toilet for mobility challenges. The upstairs bedroom has a reading nook with a view of the mountains and a window seat to take in the view. The loft offers a cozy reading spot with a desk and day bed with a trundle for extra folks and extra fun.
